Project Brief:

The Proposed Airport at Bhogapuram is envisaged to lead the development of an Aerotropolis which houses an international airport, MRO facilities, aviation training institute and other aviation/aerospace related facilities. 5300 acres of land has been identified for this project in Bhogapuram Mandal. The Proposed Airport which lies in close vicinity to Visakhapatnam City is expected to give fillip to the economy of the local region and help the state in becoming a preferred destination for investments in aviation sector.
